First, we proceeded to completely remove the plaster that had become crumbly, freeing all the altered areas down to the rough stone.

Our team then resurfaced the surface with over 250kg of high quality plaster, specially selected to sanitise and strengthen the structure.

To block old traces of humidity and prevent any greenish or blackened tints from appearing, we have opted for a high-end undercoat with hardening properties.

After applying this high-performance undercoat, we successively applied three coats of coating:

the first, very solid, fills major irregularities; the second prepares the smoothing; the third, ultra-fine, ensures a perfectly smooth finish.

Careful sanding, supplemented by mechanical dust removal, precedes the application of a new water-based undercoat.

Finally, two coats of excellent finishing paint enhance the whole thing.

We systematically use a projector in raking light to track down the slightest imperfection and guarantee you a result of impeccable quality.
